Lixuan Expressway is an important part of the Anhui section of Ningjing (Nanjing) Xuanxuan (City) Hangzhou (Zhou) Expressway, which is one of the fast passageways from Anhui Province to Yangtze River Delta.The total length of the project is 30.61km, and the estimated investment is 2.13 billion yuan. The project was officially started on April 20, 2015, and successfully completed and opened to traffic on December 30, 2017.The whole line is constructed according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway with a design speed of 120 km/h.Nanyi Lake Service Area, Liqiao Toll Station and a main toll station are set up along the line.

Is located in xuan xuanzhou city district in all of the project to start near the big jinshan Su Wan provincial boundary, in the planning of the north jiangsu section of NingXuan expressway, from north to south across Vietnam without a lake, and finally store hub interchanges, and XuanNing expressway, and XuanNing high-speed, ning NingXuan of the high speed of 117 kilometers (hangzhou high-speed anhui segment.Among them, Xuanning Expressway and Ningqian Expressway were completed and opened to traffic in September 2013 and December 2015.

The completion and opening of Lixuan Expressway means that the Anhui section of Ningxuan and Hangzhou Expressway is fully connected.
