born in December 1974, postgraduate of  Anhui University majoring in business administration, master of business administration, political engineer, and company lawyer. He has successively served as the executive deputy stationmaster and head of Personnel Department of Tongling Nan toll station of Anhui Transportation Investment Group Qingyang Expressway Management Co., Ltd., the deputy head of Legal Affairs Department of Anhui Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd., the deputy head of Legal Affairs Department of Anhui Transportation Holding Group Co., Ltd., and the deputy head of Legal Compliance Department of Anhui Transportation Holding Group Co., Ltd. He is now general counsel of Anhui Expressway Co., Ltd.
