The project was formally started in September 28, 2009.

During the reporting period, the project invested RMB 4 million yuan, to the end of the reporting period, with a total investment of RMB 24 million yuan.

(2) the construction project of Wan Tong high-speed hi tech Industrial Park, Anhui high speed hi tech Industrial Park, is estimated at RMB 146 million yuan, which started in early 2007. It is expected to be completed in 2010.

During the reporting period, the project invested RMB 9 million 100 thousand yuan. As of the end of the reporting period, the total investment of the project was RMB 107 million yuan.
